What is the IOD Platform?

It is an integrated, paperless IOD management platform developed to register COIDA claims. The online platforms links employers and medical service providers, delivering a full circle of efficiency and speed in a paperless, interactive environment.

It is our duty as CG Outsourcing to register and manage the IOD claim process on behalf of the Employer or service provider.

​

Should the employer not be registered on the online platforms, this can be facilitated by CG Outsourcing on behalf of the employer upon receipt of all relevant documentation.
