Fast, Easy Injury on Duty Claims
How can we help you?
CG Outsourcing is an independent company, with experience in working with the Labour department and Rand Mutual on all different electronic injury on duty claims submission platforms. At CG Outsourcing, our job is to register injury on duty claims on behalf of the employer of the injured worker.

According to the South African government, should a worker get injured, contract a disease, or pass away while working, workers' dependants can claim from the Compensation Fund.
The fund pays compensation to permanent and casual workers, trainees, and apprentices who are injured or contract a disease in the course of their work and lose income as a result.

An accident must be reported when an employee meets with an accident arising out of and in the course of employment resulting in a personal injury for which medical treatment is required.

Workers are allowed to claim if they are:
-
permanently employed
-
a domestic worker in a boarding house or employed in a business set-up
-
an apprentice or trainee farm worker
-
a worker paid by a labour agency.

The main battle that employers face is keeping track of all new developments such as new registration platforms for IOD’s and obtaining claim numbers before sending an employee to a medical institute or to provide the claim number in at least 24hours.

Our job is to register these claims & to load medical reports successfully on behalf of the employer on the same day and providing all relevant parties with the claim number in the set timeframe as per government regulation.
