Processing and claiming for workmen’s compensation after an injury on duty (IOD) incident is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. It is our aim as CG outsourcing to alleviate the time and the frustration it takes to process and register a claim.

Upon request of registering a claim, it is requested of the Employer to provide us with the following documentation for the injured employee:

 

CF Claims:

• WCL2 (Notification of an accident)

• Copy of ID Document ( ID Card both sides)

• Payslip at the time of accident

• Delay report, upon request from a service provider or CG Outsourcing

 

Rand Mutual Claims:

• Accident notification

• Copy of ID Document (ID Card both sides)

• Delay report upon request
